Passed peacefully away at his home, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by parents "James and Agatha" Galway, parents-in-law "Charles and Rita" O'Brien, sisters: Evelyn (Warrick) George, Catherine (Michael) Dwyer, brothers: Kevin, Desmond, brother-in-law Edward Dwyer, sisters-in-law: Helen (William) Curnew, Loretta Hammond. Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 52 years Marion, daughters: Sheila (Ward) Rideout, Sherrie (Edward) Hynes, sons: Darrin (Shelley), Desmond (Carol-ann), stepson Dale (Rose), grandchildren: Courtney, Megan, Melissa, Rebecca, Justin, Brandon, Mark, Adam, great-granddaughter Savannah, sister Patricia Dwyer, special niece Sharon Hammond (raised like a sister), brothers: James, Walter (Geraldine), John (Andrea), sisters-in-law: Lorraine Galway, Sandra Galway, Katherine (Leo) Gorman, Rita Dwyer, brothers-in-law: Charles (Mary) O'Brien, Kevin O'Brien, as well many nieces, nephews and a large circle of extended family and friends. Resting at Pendergast's Funeral Home on Monday, October 31st, and Tuesday, November 1st from 12-4 pm, and 6-9 pm. Funeral service held on Wednesday, November 2nd at St. Michael's Parish at 2 pm. Reception to follow at Parish Hall. All are welcome.
