It is with fond and loving memories that the family of Stephen R. Walsh of Norris Point announce his passing on Sunday, October 30, 2016 at the Rufus Guinchard Health Centre in Port Saunders at the age of 86. He leaves to mourn his beloved wife Vera (nee Parsons); children: Ralph (Suzette), Keith (Wanda), Isaac (Laurel), Glenn, Mabel (Mich) and Sandra; grandchildren: Rocky, Robert (Amy), Jeffrey (Megan), Kayla, Stephen, Brooke, Kianna, Cindy (Aiden), and Kelly (Linda), great-grandchildren: Keira, Paris, Trae and Mercedez; sisters: Bess, Mackenzie, Catharine (Maxwell), and Sarah Heber); brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Clifford (Gloria), Charles (Carrie), Milton, Ivan (Simone), Lyman (Debbie), Leah (Chris), Verna, Ross and Mary; and many nieces nephews and other family members. He is predeceased by parents Isaac and Ester Walsh (Nee Knott); brothers: Lorne, Thomas, James, Wallace, Derek Kennedy; brothers-in-law: Melvin, Cecil and Wilfred. The family will receive friends at Church of the Good Shepherd in Norris Point on Thursday, November 3, from 2-4 and 6-10 pm from where Funeral service will be held on Friday, November 4, at 2 pm with Reverend Kay Short officiating.
