It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that we announce the passing of Peter Joseph Jessome, on Friday, October 28, 2016, at the age of 37.
Born in Sydney Mines on June 22, 1979, he was the son of Lisa Capstick and the late David Jessome. Peter worked as a lobster fisherman. He also enjoyed fishing as a hobby and carpentry. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Peter leaves behind his children, Evan, Peter and Chelsea. Also left to mourn are his girlfriend, Tammy Leonard; the mother of his sons, Lori Ann Devoe; siblings, Deena (John) and Candy (Michael); his mother, Lisa; nieces, Breanna, Sarah, Sophie and Jase and his nephew, David. There will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place. A private graveside service for family and friends will be held at a later date.
