Theresa MACDOUGALL POWERS
Theresa (RN graduated St. Joseph’s Hospital class of 1951 passed away peacefully at her residence in Oshawa Ontario with her family by her side on Thursday, November 3 2016. Beloved wife of Ted for 56 years. Devoted mother of Jane and Elizabeth. She was born in Sydney April 2, 1928. Daughter of the late Alexander and Elizabeth (Kirby) MacDougall. Survived by sisters, Mady Tobin of Burlington, Ontario and Rita Muise of Sydney NS and sister- in-law Agnes MacDougal of St Peters N.S. Predeceased by bothers, Alec, Billy, Leo, Jim, John, Eric and sisters, Mary, Jennie, Betty and Olga. Theresa is fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
