Passed peacefully away at St. Luke's Home in the presence of her loving family on Sunday, November 20, 2016, Marion Lucy Kennedy of Lakeview, Hr. Main in her 74th year. Predeceased by her parents John and Anastasia Walsh, father and mother-in-law John and Bridget Kennedy and her infant grandson Aaron. Left with loving memories are her husband George of 53 years, children: Laura Penney (Billy), Lawrence (Michele Dean), Kim Snelgrove, Bridgette McCaw (Devon), precious grandchildren: Emily, Evan, Brooklyn, Jorgia, Cole and Lucia, her siblings: John Walsh (Margaret), Rose Dalton (John), Dan Walsh (Patsy), Kevin Walsh (Bernadette) and Renee Walsh, sisters and brother-in-law: Angela Duke (Philip), Mary Connolly, Lillian Walsh and Jack Kennedy (Susie), numerous nieces, nephews and a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Dunphy's Funeral Home, Holyrood. Visitation on Monday and Tuesday, from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at 10:30 am from SS. Peter & Paul Church, Hr. Main. Cremation to follow with Inurnment at a later date. Donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Society.
