Sister Mary Lucia
Entered into eternal life at McAuley Convent on December 12, 2016, Sister Mary Lucia Walsh, aged 93 years. Predeceased by her parents, William (Lucy Lahey) Walsh; brothers Raymond, Michael, and Clarence; one sister, Sister Mary Annette, pbvm; one sister-in-law Mary and one brother-in-law Aiden Nolander. She will be fondly remembered by her Religious Congregation the Sisters of Mercy; one sister Eileen; one sister-in-law Stella and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Waking at McAuley Convent, 250 Waterford Bridge Road, St. John's, Thursday, December 15, 2016 from 7-9 p.m. and on Friday, December 16, 2016 from 1-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. at Corpus Christi Parish Church, Waterford Bridge Road, with interment to follow at the Sisters of Mercy plot in Belvedere Cemetery.
