Passed peacefully away at Chancellor Park on December 26th, 2016, Matthew Gollop at the age of 70 years. Predeceased by his parents Gordon and Helen Gollop. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 47 years, Maxine: sons: Tony and Adam; daughters: Tracy and Ashley (Matt); grandchildren: Stephanie, Claire, Katie, Lucy and Jack; seven brothers, three sisters and their families; special aunt Florence "Flarie"; as well as many wonderful friends and family members. Cremation will take place with visitation at Barrett's Funeral Home 328, Hamilton Avenue on Thursday, December 29th from 11 am - 9 pm. Funeral service will be held at Barrett's Funeral Chapel on Friday, December 30th at 11 am. Flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of NL.
