Passed away suddenly on January 8, 2017 at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital, at the age of 71. Predeceased by her parents Alexander (San) and Mabel Lewis, as well as the father of her children Henry Dakins. Leaving to mourn with fond memories her sons Scott (Kim) and Trevor (Jolene); grandchildren Scotty, Stephanie (Brandon) and Brian; special friend Ian Barrett; friend Maxine Chipman; brother Alex (Bert); nephews Steve and Craig; step-grandchildren Christopher, Kenneth, Megan, Jacob, Leah and Jaxson; as well as many other relatives and friends. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Wednesday, January 11 from 10 a.m. - 12 noon, 1-5 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Carnell Memorial Chapel on Thursday, January 12 at 2 p.m. with interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
