The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown, on Wednesday, January 11, 2017, of Michael “Mike” DesRoches, of Charlottetown, aged 59 years. Born in Summerside, he was the son of the late Dolor and Bernice (Mitton) DesRoches. Survived by his son Jason; brother Brian (Wendy) and sister Lynn (Martin) Cousins; niece Kristyn (Reed) Kelsey and a nephew Riley Cousins. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, where funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. Interment in St. John the Baptist Church Cemetery, Miscouche.
