It is with heavy hearts that the families of Herbert Reginald Loder announce his passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital, in Corner Brook, NL, on Friday, December 30th, 2016 at the age of 83 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Hilda, nee Randell of 56 years; his children Owen (Vicki), Terry (Rhonda), Kevin (Lori), Paul (Joy), Todd (Helen), and Loomis (Jennifer); his grandchildren Terry, Robyn (Lorne Payne), Keith (Kayla), Elizabeth (Darin Miller), Landen, Jared, Sharon (John Dick), and Sheila (Terry Randell) and Tristan; his great-grandchildren Summer, Chase, Ashley, Natasha, Colby, and Callie, and great-great-grandchild Hailey; his siblings Edith Tulk, Rita (Edgar Sceviour), Shirley (Cecil Pollard), and Fred (Verna), and his sisters-in-law Marjorie and Annie, Herbert was predeceased by his parents; Elizabeth and Frederick Loder, his siblings; Richard, Gordon, Stewart, and Isabella. Visitation took place at St. Peter’s Anglican Church in River of Ponds on, Monday and Tuesday, January 2nd and 3rd, from where the funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 4th, at 11a.m. with Canon Terry Rose officiating.
