The death occurred at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Sunday, January 22, 2017, of Raymond Joseph Berrigan, of Andrew’s Lodge, Charlottetown, and formerly of North Wiltshire, age 88 years. Raymond was the last surviving member of a family of nine, born to Edward and Catherine (nee Curley). He is survived by nieces Reta (Brendan) Campbell of North Wiltshire, Bernice (John) MacKinnon of Calgary, AB, Ann (Garth) MacLean of Millvale, Maureen (Jimmy) Auth of Elizabethtown, PA. He was predeceased by brothers Jimmy, John, Leo, Pius and Linus; sister Mary and twin sisters who died in infancy in 1917. Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home until Thursday, then transferred to St. Ann’s Church, Emyvale, Lot 65, for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment in St. Ann’s Parish Cemetery.
