The family of Robert "Bob" Edward Brown regret to announce his passing on Friday, February 17, 2017 at the Palliative Care Unit at Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age 80 years, after a lengthy battle with cancer. He leaves to mourn his wife Tena; his children, step-children and grandchildren. In accordance with his wishes cremation has taken place with a private burial to take place at a later date. Friends may visit 24 Elswick Road, Corner Brook on Monday, February 20, 2017 from the hours of 7-9 p.m. As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers, donations may be made on his behalf to the Bay of Islands SPCA or Scaredy Cat Rescue.
