Our family cannot even begin to write an obituary for our ‘Sara’. Our ‘Little Lizzie’ our ‘Princess’ our ‘Baby’, who was tragically taken from our lives on April 18, 2017. To those who knew Sarabeth, family, friends and co-workers; you can understand how hard this would be. To those who did not know Sarabeth you have missed the opportunity to meet a beautiful, young, radiant, shining soul with a smile that would capture your heart and eyes that sparkled with laughter. Sarabeth is survived by her only son, Devon, who is the light of her life-her world; her mother, Emeline (Smith) Forbes, and her only brother, Jason Forbes. Predeceased by her father, Rubin Forbes; her maternal grandparents, John Robert and Annabelle Smith and her paternal grandparents, Everett and Jana Forbes.
Sarabeth was employed with the CBVRSB and Parkland Cape Breton.
A Celebration of Sarabeth’s life will be held on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at 11 a.m. in the T.J. Tracey Funeral Home Chapel, 370 Reserve Street, Glace Bay, (902) 849-4199.
