Constance “Connie” Clark, of Cornwall, PEI, passed away peacefully at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre, with her son at her side, on April 24, at the age of 75. Connie is survived by her son Clark MacLeod (Sheryl); beloved grandchildren, Catriona and Camren; her brother, Wendell Clark; and her sister, Sylvia Johnston (Berman). She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Cummiskey; her parents, George W. and Rachael (MacDonald) Clark; and her sister, Marion Wright. Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home with a memorial service to be held at Central Queens United Church on Saturday at 2 p.m. Interment later in North Wiltshire United Church Cemetery.
