The family of the late Mary MacQueen, Sydney Mines, who passed away on April 4, 2017 wish to thank our family, friends and co-workers who sent memorial donations, food, flowers, phone calls, emails and sympathy cards on the loss of our beautiful mother. Thank you to Don Bartlett for the heart warming and humorous eulogy and Joe Brenon for the service. Thank you to the Ladies of the Gospel Hall and Commercial Street Deli for the lovely lunch following the service. Also thank you to Amanda Sheffield-granddaughter for the reading and pallbearers-Keith and Joel MacIsaac, Ed Sheffield, Paul Gale, Norman James MacQueen and Andrew Gillam. Special thanks to Dr. Andrew Wawer and his staff- Wilda and Mary for exceptional care over the years and Dr. M McKeough at the end of Mom’s journey. Also thank you to the amazing nursing staff of 2nd, 4th, 5th floors and Physio-especially Linda Fortune at Northside Gerald Hospital. To Jobes Funeral Home we extend our appreciation for their support and compassion during our time of great sorrow. Also thanks to Mom’s Angel Homemakers who took excellent care of her for several years.
