Passed peacefully away, surrounded by love, at the Dr. Walter Templeman Hospital, Bell Island on Wednesday, April 9, 2008, age 83 years. Predeceased by he husband John L. Rees, mother Phoebe (Pippy), father George (Pippy). Leaving to mourn daughters: Bev (Gerry), Shirley (Phil), Barb (Pat); son Clyde (Mary); also fifteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; sister Marge and a number of nieces and nephews. Resting at Pendergast's Funeral Home, Bell Island on Thursday 7-9 p.m., Friday 12-9. Funeral service on Saturday at 2 p.m. in St. Cyprian's Church. Interment in St. Mary's Cemetery, Lance Cove.
