(nee Bonnell) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our cherished loved one on Monday, April 14, 2008 at the Palliative Care Unit, Dr. L.A. Miller Center, Stella Searle, aged 68 years. Predeceased by her son: Rubert Searle; father: Bertrum Bonnell; mother: Elizabeth Bonnell (nee Pearcy) and sister: Elizabeth Crews. Leaving to mourn are her children: Stella (Peter), Herbert (Jackie), Connie (Len), Gary, Kevin, Jennifer and Marina; grandchildren: Nicole Lannon, Tracie, Candice, Travis, Amanda, Joshua, Katie, Brandon, Megan, Kyle, Samantha, Robbie, Shawn and Nicole; sisters: Sarah, Emily, Gertrude, Shirley and Ruby; brother: George; close friend: Joe Power; as well as many other relatives and friends. Special thanks to the staff and doctors of the Palliative Care Unit, Dr. L.A. Miller Center for their special compassion and care and to Dr. Duguid of St. Clare's Mercy Hospital. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue, on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 and Thursday from 10-5 p.m. Funeral service will take place at St. Paul's Anglican Church on Friday, April 18, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at St. Matthew's Cemetery.
