Passed peacefully away at St. Patrick's Mercy Home, St. John's on Tuesday, April 15, 2008, Mabel Olive Horlick, age 83 years, of Trinity. Predeceased by her husband Seward; parents, George and Sarah Anstey; brother John James; sisters: Martha, Amelia Edith, Elsie and Debbie. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her sons: Earl (Marjorie) of Trinity, Whyte (Mary) of Bloomfield; daughter Elvie Briffett (Winston) of St. John's; grandchildren: Gary (Janice), Greg (Kristi), Tracy (Jason), Jeffrey (Julie), Stephen; great-grandchildren: Joshua, Joel, Ashley, Tyler, Sara; sisters-in-law: Frances Barrow, Emma Anstey; and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at St. Alban's Anglican Church, Trinity. Visitation starting Thursday evening. Funeral to take place on Sunday, April 20, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. from St. Alban's Anglican Church, Trinity.
