Passed away at the St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on Monday, April 21, 2008, after a courageous battle with cancer, Ian Hare, aged 45 years. Leaving to mourn are his father John Hare; mother Joy Gorner; brother Stephen Hare (Eileen) and step-father Cyril Gorner; as well as many other relatives and friends in St. John's and on the Mainland. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave. on Tuesday and Wednesday from 2-4 - 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from St. Thomas Anglican Church, Military Road on Thursday, April 24, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Forest Road.
