EVANS, Dermot Joseph — Passed peacefully away on Feb. 8 at St. Patrick’s Mercy Home, Dermot Joseph Evans (Evans Electric). Predeceased by parents Michael and Annie Evans; brothers Kevin and Bernard (Eileen); sisters Betty Baker (Bud) and Helen Parsons. Leaving with wonderful memories, his loving wife and partner Nellie; brother Mike, Washington D.C., Frank (Doreen), St. John’s, and sister Mary Carter (Bob), New Jersey and brother-in-law Ches Parsons. Loved by a large circle of nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and many good friends and business acquaintances. Resting at Cauls Funeral Home from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, and 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday. Mass from Mary Queen of Peace at a time to be announced later.
