(April 10, 1939 - May 9, 2008) Passed peacefully away at her residence in Grand Bank on Friday, May 9, 2008, Susie Rose Cluett, age 69 years. Predeceased by parents Thomas and Alice Snook, sisters Marjorie, Harriett, Abby Belle, and Jessie, brothers George and Maurice. Leaving to mourn husband Gordon of Grand Bank, daughter Joy Cluett-Stone (Jason) of St. John's, Thomas (Mildred) of Grand Bank, Bruce (Sharon) of Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia; 5 grandchildren Timothy, Tyler, Stephen, Nicolas and Rebecca; brothers Major Don Snook (Leah) of Chance Cove, Charles Snook (Shirley) of St. John's and Maxwell Snook (Joan) of Grand Bank; brothers-in-law Aubrey Cluett of Frenchman's Cove, Earl Cluett (Margaret) of Frenchman's Cove and Sidney Ingram of North Sydney, Nova Scotia; sister-in-law Evelyn Grandy (Gravis) of Winterland. Also, a large circle of other relatives and friends. Remains resting at Warren's Funeral Home, Grand Bank on Friday from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. and on Saturday from 10 a.m. - 12 noon, 2 p.m. - 5 p.m., 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Sunday at 2 p.m. from the Salvation Army, Grand Bank. Interment to follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Grand Bank. Donations in her memory may be made to the Salvation Army Cemetery Fund or to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the care of Warren's Funeral Home, Grand Bank.
