Elizabeth Ann "Betty" Jennings, 68, Salmon River, passed away Oct. 2, 2007 in Colchester Regional Hospital, Truro. Born in Tillsonburg, Ont., she was a daughter of the late William James and Helen Mildred Hill. She was a longtime employee of Livingstons in London, Ont. Betty was a member of Hub Campers and will be greatly missed by fellow campers. Betty was also a member of the Truro Ostomy Association. She is survived by her son, David James Hill (Pat), London, Ont.; stepsons, Wayne (Brenda) Jennings, Doug (Pat) Jennings, Jeff (Jacquie) Jennings, all of Ontario; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sisters, Jean Baxter and Linda Thorne, both of Ontario; her adoptive family, Linda and Martin Gielen, Bible Hill. She was predeceased by her husband, Elmer "Keith" Jennings; sister, Shirley Olafson. Visitation will be held on Friday from 7 to 9 p.m.; funeral service on Saturday at 2 p.m., both in Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow St., Truro with Rev. Don MacQueen officiating.
