Cecil T. Grey, 41, of Truro, passed away peacefully in Colchester Hospital Sunday, June 22, after a long and courageous battle with COPD (lung disease). Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Cecil's life will be held at the Salvation Army on Friday, June 27 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lung Association.
