Curtis W. Langille, 91, Onslow. The family of Curtis Langille regretfully announce his passing on April 1, 2008 at the Halifax Infirmary, QEII, Halifax. Born June 24, 1916, he was a son of the late William and Jane Langille. Curtis served in the RCNVR during the Second World War. He was a commercial salesman during his working career. After retirement he devoted time to his small business, Bar-Cam Saddles, and enjoyed hobbies of photography, woodworking and leatherwork. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Grace (Peverill) and son, Barry and wife, Cindy; daughter-in-law, Sandra Hopkins; son-in-law, Ed Gannon; grandchildren, Amanda, Andrew, Jane, Christopher, Caroline and Ryan; nine great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his brothers, Russell and George; sister, Louise; daughter, Camilla and son Evan. A visitation will be held Sunday, April 6 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Onslow United Church. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Onslow United Church Memorial Fund or a charity of choice.
