(Happy Valley-Goose Bay) It is with great sadness that the family of the late Alonzo Mark Stagg announce his passing on May 15, 2008 at the Labrador Health Centre at the age of 73 years. He will be sadly missed by his wife Sarah (Sally); daughter Gail Ryan, Mother: Frances; brothers: Cyril, Ben, Meiven, Scott and Harold. Sisters: Rachel, Shirley and Marie, and grandchildren: Sharleen Ryan and Darryl Ryan and great-grandchild Austin. As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Predeceased by his father Augustus, brother Lloyd and sister Vera. Friends visited Fillatre's Funeral Home, Happy Valley-Goose Bay on May 17 and May 18, 2008 from the hours of 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service was held on May 19, 2008 from the United Church. Interment followed at the United Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers or donations to family.
