Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Center, St. John's on Tuesday, May 20, 2008. Janet Fowler of Brigus, aged 98 years. Predeceased by her husband, William (Bill); daughters: Jean (Stefanek), Angela (Fritz), Vera (Pynn) and son James Fowler. Lovingly remembered by her sons: Robert (Shirley), Eric, Kevin (Janet); son-in-law Art Fritz; daughter-in-law Daphne Fowler; nineteen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren, also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Broughton's Funeral Home, Brigus with visitation on Thursday and Friday from 12 - 4 p.m. and 7 - 10 p.m., Saturday from 9 - 10 a.m. Funeral to take place from St. Patrick's Church, Brigus on Saturday, May 24, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. with interment to follow in the R.C.
