George Thomas Hendsbee, 39, of New Glasgow. Born in Guysborough County on August 30th, 1967, he was a son of Helen (Hendsbee) Cameron and Thomas Webber and step-son of Hector Cameron. George had interests in photography, art and music. He was involved in church youth groups throughout the county. He is survived by sisters: Sharon (Darcy) Watson, ON; Ruby Hendsbee, New Glasgow; Bambalina Cameron, Sunny Brae; brother; Dustin Cameron, Sunny Brae; nieces: Cassandra, Shayli, Skylar; nephew Adrian. He will also be sadly missed by family and close friends. He was predeceased by his grandparents. The family will receive visitors from 7-9 p.m. today and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday in the H.W. Angus Funeral Home, New Glasgow. Funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Monday from St. George’s Anglican Church with Rev. Cathy Laskey and Archdeacon Robert Richmond officiating. Burial will be in the Sunny Brae Cemetery.
