Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Complex on Sunday, May 25, 2008, Dr. Francis Fitzpatrick, age 85 years. Predeceased by his father Frederick K. Fitzpatrick; mother Agnes O'Leary; sisters Mary Murphy and Josephine Macintosh; brothers Frederick Fitzpatrick and William Fitzpatrick; nephew Joe Murphy. Leaving to mourn are his nieces Nora Fitzpatrick, Sheila Fitzpatrick (Ron Crocker) of Glen Haven, NS and Janet Knight of California; nephews Peter Fitzpatrick (Beulah) of St. Albert, Alberta and John Fitzpatrick; grandniece Jennifer Fitzpatrick of St. Albert, Alberta and grandnephew Robin Crocker of Glen Haven, NS; sister-in-law Doreen Fitzpatrick; also other relatives and friends. A special thank you to the nurses and staff at Chancellor Park for the special care that was provided to Dr. Fitzpatrick during his stay at Chancellor Park. At Dr. Fitzpatrick's request cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held from Barrett's Funeral Home Chapel, 328 Hamilton Avenue at a time to be announced.
