Passed peacefully away on Tuesday, May 27, 2008 surrounded by loving family and friends BETHANY DANIELLE PIKE at the young age of 20. Left with millions of wonderful happy memories are her parents Stephen and Susan and her loving sister Rebecca. Grandparents: Olive Pike (Roy), David & Dorothy Hapgood. Aunts & Uncles: Joanne Hapgood, Cathy & Luke Grenning, David Hapgood, Carolyn Hapgood & Glenn Wadden, Janice Pike & Gerry Cullen, Chris & Raelene Pike, Susan Pike & Michael Kavanagh, Karen Pike & Jeremy Squires and Lisa & Ken Young. Many loving cousins: Stephanie, Janna and Jillian Grenning, Harrison and Ethan Young, Meghan and Marc Andre Kenny, Miranda and Micheala Mayo, Richard and Patricia Reid. Great-Grandmother Phyllis Hapgood. Bethany has too many wonderful friends to be able to list them all here, but special thanks go out to Gillian Sheppard, Jesse Church and Gillian Redmond for their support over the past week. Also to her friends at Sorensen School of Dance, Burry Heights Camp, MUN Band, the Holy Heart Music Program and St. James United Church especially the Sunday school children she taught. Words beyond thanks go out to a very special man in Bethany's life, Ryan Wrice, who was her rock and support throughout the past week.Cremation has already taken place. Visitation at Barrett's Funeral Home, Hamilton Avenue, Wednesday, May 28th 2:00–4:00 pm and 7:00 – 9:00 pm, Thursday, May 29th 10:00 am – 12 Noon, 2:00–4:00 pm and 7:00–9:00 pm, Friday, May 30th 10:00– 11:30 am.One of Bethany's favorite things in life was to attend Burry Heights Camp each summer. As a child she attended as a camper and in recent years she volunteered as a counsellor. As an ongoing tribute to her the Bethany Danielle Pike Memorial Camp Fund has been established at St. James United Church to provide funding for children to attend camp each year.Please join us in a Celebration of Bethany's life at St. James United Church, Elizabeth Avenue 2:00 pm on Friday, May 30th. Interment Kenmount Road Anglican Cemetery. Bethany we know you are Happy in Poppy Pike's arms...We will miss you DOOZER. TUCKER, Levina (Vi) F.– Born May 14, 1931 at Leipzig, Sask. Passed away in the presence of her loving family on May 27, 2008, after a two year battle with cancer, Levina (Vi) Tucker, aged 77 years. Predeceased by her son Ronald Tucker (1976), her father and mother Michael and Magge (Thielges) Bader of Saskatchewan, four brothers and five sisters. Vi leaves to mourn her devoted husband of almost 50 years William T. Tucker; her four loving children: Cindy (Wayne) Gollop, Patsy (Philip) Perry, Sharon (Wayne) Yetman and Wayne (Sheri) Tucker; her pride and joy seven grandchildren: Amy Gollop, Mark Yetman, Michael Gollop, Bradley Yetman, Nathan Yetman, Jamie Perry and Cassie Tucker. Also leaving to mourn her sister Margaret McPherson and brother Eugene (Alice) Bader, both of Saskatoon, SK., her sisters-in-law: Noreen Bader of Saskatoon, Maria Dwyer, Mary (Jerry) Doyle and Audrey Tucker, and also her special niece Nolene (Clair) Rowan of Saskatoon; as well as many other relatives and friends. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home. Visitation will commence on Wednesday, May 28th from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m., 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. and continue on Thursday, May 29th from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m., 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 30, 2008 at Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church, Portugal Cove with cremation to follow. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation.
