Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital on Wednesday, May 28, 2008, Alfred Button of Hant's Harbour, age 76 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories wife Shirley, Hant's Harbour; four sons Robert, Hant's Harbour; Gerald (Phyllis), Alberta; Wayne (Carol), New Chelsea; Steven (Lisa), Victoria; two grandchildren Crystal Button (Josh) and Mitchell; great-granddaughter Kassidy; brothers Stanley, Hant's Harbour; two step-sisters Alfreda Morgan and Jennie Bryant; brother-in-law Carman Short (Margaret); two sisters-in-law Daisy (Robert Burden) and Judy Button (Boyd Hopkins); also a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Green's Funeral Home, Winterton. Visiting hours Thursday and Friday 2:00 - 5:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 12 noon.
