Phyllis is survived by her loving family: her husband, Ian; son, Donald; daughter, Debbie (Robert Westley) all of Penticton, and daughter, Ellen (Owen Lutje) of Coquitlam. She is also survived by brothers, Russell (Betty) Fulton, of Stellarton, Nova Scotia and Albert (Joan) Fulton, of Merigomish, Nova Scotia, and sister, Dorothy Margeson of Cochrane, Alberta, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by brother, Lawson Fulton, in 1981. A service to celebrate her life will be held at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, Mart St., Penticton on Saturday, February 16, 2008, at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations to the Village by the Station would be appreciated. Special thanks to the staff of the Village for their compassionate care. Arrangements in care of Everden Rust Funeral Services, 493-4112.
