WHITE, MARY ALEYNE The death of Mary Aleyne White of Charlottetown, PEI, wife of the late Joseph White occurred on Tuesday, April 22, 2003 in Charlottetown, PEI. Born in Marysville, NB, she was a daughter of the late William W. and Elizabeth (Boyce) Moore. Mrs. White was a member of the Olivet Wesleyan Church and was very active in all church activities, she was also a member of the Silver Dolphin Swim Team. She is survived by a daughter, Marlene Hartt of Charlottetown, PEI; a son, Jerry White (Donna) of Orlando, Florida; six grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; and one sister, Aletha Emery (Cecil) of Dubuque, Iowa. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a son-in-law, Reginald Hartt and two brothers, Norman and William Moore. Although there will be no visitation, a private memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 11, 2003 at 1 pm from the York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton North with Rev. Al James officiating. A Reception will follow in the Fireside Room of York Funeral Home. Interment will take place in the Olivet Wesleyan Cemetery, Fredericton. For those who wish, remembrances to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
