"RIDEOUGH, PARKER" RALPH At York Manor Nursing home on October 24, 2004, Ralph Parker Rideough, age 90, of Fredericton, NB passed away. Born in St. Andrews, NB, he was a son of the late Ralph and Ethel (Clark) Rideough. A member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 4, he was a veteran who served overseas with the Carleton York Regiment 1939-1945. Italy, France, Belgium and Holland. A member of Mick Mack Trailer Club for 33 years, he was an avid sports fan, enjoying hunting and fishing. Surviving are brothers; Bill Rideough of Montreal Quebec, Bert Rideough (Eleanor) of Milton, Ontario; one son Ernest Rideough (Sharon) of Pettawawa Ontario, three grandchildren, three great- grandchildren, special nephew and wife Al and Joyce Reid of Fredericton, as well as several nieces and nephews. Besides is parents he is predeceased by two sisters Mary Reid of Oak Bay NB, Ethel Robinson of Saint John, one Daughter Elva of Hamilton, Ontario and one brother Sandy Rideough. No visitation or service by request. A graveside committal service will be held in Oak Bay NB on Saturday October 30th at 2pm. Bishop's Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton has been entrusted with the arrangements.
