HARLEY ALTON CLARK

CLARK, HARLEY ALTON Harley Alton Clark of New Maryland passed away at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on December 29th, 2004. He was born in Millville, NB and was the son of the late Roscoe and Marion (Knox) Clark. Survived by his wife, Gloria (Camp); son, Nick of New Orleans, La.; daughters, Bev Wilson (Kevin) of Chektowaga, NY and Jennifer Sinnett (Jason) of Oromocto, NB and grandchildren, Abby, Hannah and Clark Sinnett and Emma Wilson. Harley is also survived by his sisters and brothers, Gertrude Harris (Clifford) of Nashwaak Village, Eldon Clark (Alison) of Fredericton, Ellis Clark (Ann) of Richmond, PQ and Shirley VanWart (Gordon) of Quispamsis. He is predeceased by his parents and youngest sister, Marilyn Carr. Harley was an employee with Sobeys Stores Inc. for 34 years, retiring in 1991. He served on the Board of Directors of York Co. Properties for 11 years and was a member as well as served on the board of Corbett Avenue Wesleyan Church. Harley participated with the Heart Menders Group for the DECH Relay and he was a member of the Sobey's Quarter Century Club, and a member of the New Brunswick Christmas Tree Grower's Association. Visitation will be at the Corbett Avenue Wesleyan Church, Corbett Avenue, Barkers Point, on Thursday, December 30th, 2004 from 7-9 pm and on Friday, December 31st, 2004 from 24 pm. The funeral service will take place on Saturday, January 1st, 2005 at 2:00 pm at the Corbett Avenue Wesleyan Church. In lieu of flowers, donations to the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated. www.mcadamsfh.com
