CORMIER, ROGER Roger passed away peacefully at home (Cochrane, ON.) May 2, 2007, after a brief illness of Cancer, surrounded by his family. Born May 5, 1939. He is survived by his wife Gunny, Mother Aurore; brothers, Rudolph, Rollins, Regis, Raymond; Sisters, Rosie, Rita, Ronalda and Rachel. Several nieces & nephews. Predeceased by his father Fred. Roger was a longtime member of L. I. U.N.A. Local 625 and the Roy Canadian Legion. He was a construction worker after leaving the Royal Canadian Army Medical Corps. Visitation will be held at the Minto Funeral Home (327-3490) Friday evening from 7-9pm. Funeral Mass will follow Saturday, May 12, 2007 at 9:00AM at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Minto with Father Peter Stephens officiating.
