FOWLER, MELISSA KATHERINE The death of Melissa Katherine Fowler of Lakeville Corner, NB occurred as the result of an automobile accident on Friday, March 28th, 2008 at East Chester, NS. Born in Brandon, MB, she was the daughter of Gerald and Joanne (Button) Fowler. Melissa attended Minto Memorial High School graduating in 2005 and was employed as a sales associate at Wood Motors. She was a member of the Lakeville Corner Baptist Church. Melissa loved spending time with her friends, enjoyed her music and was an avid fan of the WWE. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sisters and best friends, Katherine and Jessica both at home; her maternal grandmother, Dianne Button and great grandmother, Odile Cormier both of Saint John; an uncle, Darrell Button (Nancy) of Dartmouth; aunts, Debbie Button of Saint John, Judy Cogswell (Kenneth) of Harvey, Terri-Lee Carr (Gerald), Linda Kingston both of Grand Bay-Westfield and Janet Fowler of Saint John; 10 cousins and many good friends and a special friend, Bryan Bonnici. Melissa was predeceased by her maternal grandfather, Douglas Button; paternal, grandparents, Murray and Jean (McGilligan) Fowler; maternal step-grandfather, Kenneth Richardson and an uncle, Michael Fowler. Resting at the Minto Funeral Home (327-3490) with visitation on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. Funeral Service will be held 2:00 PM, Tuesday, April 1st, 2008 at the United Baptist Church of Minto with Pastor James Webber officiating.
