FREEMAN, GORDON RAYMOND The death of Gordon Freeman of Maugerville, N.B. occurred suddenly at home on July 2nd, 2008. Born May 31,1960 in Iserlohn, Germany, he was the son of Robert Freeman of Hamilton, Ontario and the late Joan (Woodworth) Freeman, a longtime resident of Maugerville, who predeceased him in 2002. He is survived by his sister, Carol Freeman, of Fredericton; two nephews, Scott Saad and Sean Farris, both of Fredericton; and his father in Hamilton. Gordie was a lover of animals and music. He enjoyed playing his guitar and spending time with his dog, Ira. A graduate of St Thomas University, he worked with Servicemaster Ltd. in the Fredericton area. The family will receive friends and family on Tuesday, July 8th at Bishops Funeral Home from 12 noon to 2 P.M., at which time a funeral service will be held. Interment at a later date.
