HONG, BING At the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Monday August 25, 2008, Bing Hong of Fredericton passed away at the age of 58. Born in China, he was a son of Eddie and Tao (Ng) Hong. Bing was employed as a chef. He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years Cindy May Hong; two daughters Alice Lamey (Bill) of Fredericton and Monique Hong of Fredericton; a step-sister Fong Yee of Ottawa. Visitation will be held on Wednesday August 27, 2008 at Bishop's Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Road from 7-9 pm. A private graveside will interment will be held.
