MONTGOMERY, MARION LOUISE IRENE MONTEITH JONES Marion Louise Irene Monteith Jones Montgomery passed away on Friday, March 6th, 2009 at Lang's Lodge in Grafton, NB. She was the daughter of the late Charles and Minnie ( Draper ) Monteith born at Northampton, NB on Dec 28th, 1915. She was 93. Marion was predeceased by her husband Guthrie Jones and second husband Robert Montgomery; brothers, Ronald and Gerald Harrison and sister Alice Reardon. She is survived by two sons, Brian (Carol) Jones of Fredericton, NB and Malcolm (Margot) Jones of Vancouver, BC. Four grandchildren Malcolm, Megan, Holly and Ian; two great grandchildren Hunter and Brighton; one brother Oliver( Heloise) of Newbridge, NB and one sister Marie (Basil) Lawrence of Woodstock, NB; several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by step children, Robert (Edith) Montgomery, Ned (Lorna) Montgomery, Carolyn (John) Corey and step grandchildren. Marion was a member of the Woodstock Baptist Church and Victoria Chapter #1 Order of Eastern Star. Family and friends will gather at the Scott Funeral Home, Woodstock, NB for Visitation on Wednesday, March 11th, 2009 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 12th, 2009 at 2 pm at the Scott Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Leonard Cousins will be officiating. Order of The Eastern Star will hold a Memorial service for Marion on Wednesday at 7 pm at the Scott Funeral Home. Interment will take place in the spring in the Woodstock Rural cemetery. www.scottfh.com
