GRETA MARJORIE (PIKE) HUNT

HUNT, GRETA MARJORIE (PIKE) 1939-2009 - A memorial service is being held Saturday, October 3, at 2 pm, celebrating the life of Greta Hunt, who died September 3, 2009, and was buried at her home in St. David's, Newfoundland. Greta moved to Fredericton in October, 1984, with her husband Ramsey "Lindy", Fredericton Airport Fire Chief now retired, and her son Ramsey, now a Saint John City police officer. Greta worked for many years at the Bellboy Cleaning Smythe Street Plaza depot, was a member of St. Margaret's Anglican Church, a Captain in the Army Cadet Instructor Cadre attached to 2647 Oromocto RCACC, and a member of the Royal Orange Lodge Benevolent Association (LOBA). She lived in Lincoln. Come and join us at St. Margaret's Church, 775 Forest Hill Road, in celebrating the life of this wonderful servant of our community. A reception hosted by the ladies of the congregation will follow the service.
