ALBERT, VICTORINE MARGUERITE In loving memory of Victorine Marguerite Albert, 90 years, who passed away on Sunday, November 8th, 2009, at the Chaleur Regional Hospital in Bathurst. Beloved wife of the late Martial Albert of Caraquet. Dear mother of Denise (Stephen Chase) of Fredericton, NB, Charline (Alan Sinclair) of Parksville, B.C., Paulette (Paul Hendry) of Ottawa, ON, Julien (Anna) from Bathurst, NB and Normand (Claudine) from Nigadoo, NB. She is survived by one sister, Marie D'Entremont from Pubnico, NS. Loving grandmother of Ian, Eric, Allen, Julie, Joel, Emily, Marc and Nicholas. Great-grandmother of Lorie.. She is predeceased by two sisters: Mildred and Alodie; along with three brothers: Henri, Edward and Bert. Victorine was a teacher, having started her career in Nova Scotia, and later teaching in New Brunswick. She was past president of the North Shore Ostomy Association and was a member of the Retired Teachers Association. She was an avid Bridge player and liked water painting, which she started doing in her 80's. She will be greatly missed at the Royal Court in Riverview, NB, where she lived for the past 10 years, and was very actively involved in volunteering with many activities. Visitations will be held Thursday, November 12th from 7pm to 9pm, and Friday, November 13th from 10am to 12pm and 2pm until departure for funeral service. Mass of Christian burial will be held at the St-Pierre-aux-Liens RC Church in Caraquet on Friday, November 13th at 4pm. Instead of flowers the family would appreciate donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Cancer Society or the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation.
