McGRATH, ROY ROBERT - The death of Mr. Roy Robert McGrath, loving husband of Eileen (Forgarty) McGrath of Saint John occurred on Sunday January 4, 2004 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born November 4, 1942, in Halifax, NS he was the son of the late Joseph Edward and Mary Jane (Publicover) McGrath. Roy was the General Works Manager for the Airport and Parks Canada retiring in 1985 due to illness.Besides his loving and devoted wife Eileen, he is survived by his daughters Kimberly Ann Myers of PEI, Tina Marie Marsh of PEI and Robin Rolanda Dickieson of PEI; brothers Joseph McGrath and Gary (Cooper) McGrath both of Nova Scotia; sister Sharon Mossman of Fort Myer, Florida; nine grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his son Roy in 1984 and sister Joanne Ryan. A Private family service will be held from Hennessey Funeral Home Chapel, Charlottetown, PEI. Interment will take place in Peoples Cemetery, PEI. Arrangements have been entrusted to Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John, NB (646-2424).
