McLAUGHLIN, MONA - The death of Mona McLaughlin of Fredericton, NB, occurred at the Pine Grove Nursing Home on Thursday, January 8th, 2004. Born in Saint John, NB, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Ann (Carr) McLaughlin; the wife of Gerard McLaughlin. Survived by her husband Gerard; two sons, Paul (Dawn) of Saint John, NB, and Ed (Valerie) of Huntsville, ON; four grandchildren, Christopher, Sarah, Kate and Victoria. Predeceased by her parents, brothers, Maurice and John; sisters, Margaret, Mary and Peggy. Visitation will be held at McAdam's Select Community Funeral Home on Sunday, January 11th, 2004 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Dunstan's Catholic Church on Monday, January 12th, 2004, at 12:00 noon. Monsignor Brian Sheehan as celebrant.
