BUCHANAN, DOUG C. - The death of Douglas Clinton Buchanan of Sussex occurred at the Sussex Health Centre on October 25, 2004. Doug was born at Waterford a son of the late Cedric and Greta (Fanjoy) Buchanan. He is survived by his wife Jean (Goddard) Buchanan, daughter Judy Proctor and her husband Harold of Sussex, son Richard Buchanan and his wife Dianne of Sussex Corner, grandchildren Tracy and Troy Proctor and Shane and Crystal Buchanan, great grandchildren Elijah and Kassandra and a brother Donald Buchanan and his wife Yvonne of Belleisle. Doug was predeceased by a son Brian Buchanan. The family will receive visitors at the Sussex Select Community Funeral Home, 21 Aiton Road Sussex (506-433-2133) on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held at Trinity Anglican Church, Sussex on Wednesday October 27, 2004 at 11:00 AM with Reverend David Barrett officiating. Interment will be at Trinity Cemetery, Sussex Corner.
