Suddenly on Friday, June 8th, 2007 at Lakeridge Health, Oshawa in her 91st year. Survived by her loving children Connie (late husband Denver), Conrad (Doris), Harley Jr. (Myrtle), Bev (Marion), Kenny (Linda), David "Pete" (Sharon), Margaret Anne (Blair), Polly (Gene), Robert (Gail), Pat (Ken), Glen, and Joan (Tom). Sadly missed by her sister Margaret Walker. Lovingly remembered by countless grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great- great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband Harley Sterling and her son Freddy. Friends were invited to call at Oshawa Funeral Home, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) for visitation on Monday, June 11th, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service was held in the Chapel on Tuesday, June 12 at 1 p.m. Private burial at a later date. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, The Canadian Cancer Society or SickKids Foundation would be appreciated.
