BOWE, ROBERT E - The death of Robert E. Bowe, husband of the late Pearl (Meighan) Bowe occurred November 1st, 2007 at Marysview Special Care Home, Hampton, formerly of Red Head Road, Saint John. Robert was born in Nova Scotia and was the son of the late Eugene and Jennie (William) Bowe. He was a veteran of World War II. Robert lived in Nova Scotia before moving to Saint John. He was a great fisherman and hunter who also loved gardening. He is survived by one sister, Charlotte Isaacs and one step-daughter, Dianne Tytler, one son-in-law, Ian Tytler, Hampton, five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews whom were very special to him. He was predeceased by sister Lillian (Lil) Themla, and four brothers, George, Vincent, Eugene, and Frank. There will be no funeral by request of the deceased who wanted his body donated to Dalhousie University, Nova Scotia. Donations may be made to the donor's choice.
