Passed peacefully away at his residence on July 24, 2008, Edmund Penton, age 67 years. Predeceased by parents, Ambrose and Lillian Penton; sisters: Dianne Wall and Annie Cody and brother-in-law Frank Cody; brothers: Patrick Penton and Richard Penton and sister-in-law Jean Penton. Leaving to mourn his loving wife Rose; daughter Dianne Penton (Alex Marsh); sons: Ambrose (Carmel), Edmund (Wanda) and Jerry (Connie); sister Margaret Vivian, New Jersey; grandchildren: Michael and Tyler Penton, James and Amber Penton, Lucas and Kara Penton, Madison Marsh; special friend Darren Moores and family. Funeral Mass on Saturday, July 26th at 2 p.m. from St. Agnes' Church, Pouch Cove. Inurnment to follow at St. Agnes' Cemetery, Pouch Cove. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Lung Association.
