Surrounded by love, Christina (Chrissy) Sawyer passed away on Thursday February 12, 2009, at the age of 41, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Charlottetown. She is survived by her precious daughter, Claire; beloved four-legged friend, Wheezie; brothers, Ted and Scott; sister, Kelly; Helen and Ben Coughlan and her very large extended family of loving friends. She was predeceased her parents, Mary and Ted. Chrissy\'s love and strength have been an inspiration to all who have been blessed to know her. To the nurses, caregivers and doctors in Oncology and Unit 1 of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, we would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the extraordinary care and kindness you showed Chrissy over the last year.
