Gerard Landry 1937-2002 Gerard Landry, 64, husband of Jacqueline (Raill), of Dieppe passed away after a lengthy illness at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital on Monday, January 7th, 2002. Born in Saint Jean-de-Brébeuf on August 4th, 1937, he was the son of the late Henri and Evelyne (Cormier) Landry. Gerard had been employed as a Lab Technician with Brunswick Mining and Smelting in Belledune, NB. He also attended Ste-Therese Roman Catholic Church in Dieppe. In addition to his wife Jacqueline, he is survived by two sons Michel of Dieppe and Denis (Josée) of PetitRocher; 13 brothers and sisters; many nieces and nephews. By request there will not be any visiting hours at the funeral home. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, January 10th, at 2pm at Ste-Theresa's Church, Dieppe. The family will meet with visitors at a reception in the Club D'Age D'Or following the mass. Cremation and interment will be in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens. Donations may be made directly to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Oncology Unit of the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital.
