Jean Elsie Lockerbie FREDERICTON, NB - The death of Jean Elsie Lockerbie of Fredericton, NB, wife of Victor (Vic) Lockerbie, occurred peacefully at home on Wednesday, May 12, 2004. Born in Manchester, England, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Florence Williams. Jean is survived by one son, John (Brenda) of Fredericton; two sisters, Sheila (Tom) Fleming of Keswick Ridge and Ida (the late George) Smith of England; grandchildren Vicki (Warren) Parker and Ryan Lockerbie; great grandson Zachary and step-great grandson Rob; close family friend, Marg Wetmore; brother and sister-in-law, Arthur and Meta Lockerbie, Sydney NS; several nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation by request. A private family service will be held. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
